- Handle walk-in clients and assist them with visa requirements and travel-related queries.
- Have valuable knowledge of visa requirements and documentation for various countries.
- Handle end-to-end visa application and processing, including e-Visa applications.
- Explain visa procedures, required documents, fees, and processing timelines to clients.
- Handle B2C sales and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into business.
- Assist clients with FIT and GIT travel package inquiries and requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centers, and travel partners wherever required.
- Keep clients updated on their application status and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in visa processing and travel operations.
- Good knowledge of visa procedures for multiple countries, including e-Visas.
- Experience in handling walk-in clients and B2C sales.
- Knowledge of FIT and GIT packages.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online visa application portals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
