Position: Video Presenter & Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Presentation & Content Creation

- Present educational and promotional content in front of the camera for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging videos about study abroad opportunities, Germany Ausbildung, university admissions, and overseas career pathways.
- Explain programmes, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and student opportunities in a clear and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video scripts and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a professional appearance, confident body language, and transparent communication while recording videos.

1. Telecalling & Student Enquiry Management

- Make outbound calls to students who enquire about overseas education and career opportunities.
- Respond to incoming enquiries and explain the services offered by Zeke International.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations.
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling appointments with the admissions team.




- Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and student responses in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly enquiry-conversion targets.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confidence in speaking in front of a camera.
- Good presentation skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and short-form video content.
- Ability to communicate with students and parents professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in telecalling, anchoring, presenting, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn may apply.

- Energetic, presentable, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Persuasive and capable of engaging potential students over the phone.
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Interested in education, international opportunities, and digital content creation.
