Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video & Motion Graphics | EdTech role based in Hyderabad. The role involves planning and producing video content for educational and marketing purposes, including explainer videos, course modules, social media content, and promotional materials. The team member will create and refine motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to support digital learning experiences and brand communication.

Day-to-day responsibilities include storyboarding, collaborating with academic and marketing teams, editing footage, optimizing videos for various platforms, and maintaining a consistent visual style across projects.



The role also includes managing project timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and staying updated on trends in video production and EdTech.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, or comparable software).
- Candidates should possess skills in visual storytelling, scriptwriting, and basic storyboarding for educational content.
- Candidates should possess skills in graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and brand-aligned visual design.
- Candidates should possess skills in optimizing video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and LMS environments.
- Relevant experience in EdTech, e-learning content creation, or educational video production is beneficial.
- A degree or formal training in film, multimedia, animation, design, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and deliver projects to deadline, are required.
