Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and technically skilled Video Shooter cum Video Editor to capture and produce high-quality video content showcasing our real estate projects, construction activities, properties, and brand identity. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both on-location video shooting and professional video editing, with good communication and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos of real estate projects, construction sites, properties, events, and promotional activities.
- Handle video cameras, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, smartphones, gimbals, microphones, and other shooting equipment.
- Edit videos for social media platforms, YouTube, Instagram Reels, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and company presentations.
- Create engaging property walkthroughs, project progress videos, customer testimonials, and corporate promotional videos.
- Add music, voice-overs, transitions, subtitles, titles, effects, and branding elements to videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to understand content requirements and campaign objectives.
- Visit project sites and property locations regularly for video shoots.
- Ensure high-quality video output with effective storytelling, visual appeal, and timely delivery.




- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital media assets.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Practical knowledge of video shooting, lighting, framing, camera angles, and audio recording.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos, promotional content, and property showcase videos.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites and property locations as required.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Added Advantage

- Knowledge of multiple languages, especially Tamil, English, Hindi, or other regional languages.
- Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or property marketing.
- Knowledge of drone videography, motion graphics, colour grading, and social media content creation.
- Ability to suggest creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas for marketing campaigns.
