Role Description The Video Editor will manage the end-to-end post-production process for marketing, promotional, and brand-related videos, ensuring alignment with White Flower Developers’ visual identity and communication goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, editing sequences, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing basic sound cleanup.

The role also involves color grading, incorporating motion graphics and titles, and preparing final outputs optimized for various digital platforms and presentations.

The Video





Editor will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, propose creative concepts, and deliver content on schedule. This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing for real estate, corporate, or marketing content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, infographics, and visual enhancements.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing formats.
- Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle video content is an advantage.
