Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kalyan.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best takes, and crafting compelling video narratives that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include editing video timelines, synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, basic sound cleanup, and preparing final exports for multiple platforms. The role also involves collaborating with the production team on shot selection, incorporating motion graphics and visual elements as needed, and performing video color correction and grading to maintain a consistent look and feel.

Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to improve overall video quality and viewer engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage, managing timelines, and preparing output formats.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and style across different projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics that enhance storytelling and brand communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) and basic audio editing tools.
- Good visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback constructively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in an in office environment.
- Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
