About the Role:

At Mom’s Home, we create trusted, organic baby essentials for over 20 lakh parents. We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor to join our Jaipur team to edit engaging social media reels, ads, and brand videos. In this role, you will take raw footage and transform it into scroll-stopping visual content that captures the hearts of modern parents and drives our digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit high-retention, trend-driven short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for social media algorithms.
- Cut and optimize high-converting video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube performance marketing campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end post-production, including color grading, audio mixing, text overlays, and basic motion graphics.




- Long-form shoot footage and short form videos for different platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm video concepts, execute shoot plans, and align on brand aesthetics.

What We Are Looking For:

- 6 months to 1 year of professional video editing experience (strong internships with agencies or D2C brands are welcome).
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with comfort using quick-turnaround tools like CapCut.
- Understanding of social media pacing, the first-3-second hook rule, and how to leverage trending audio.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, pacing, transitions, and sound design to keep a viewer's attention.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
