Role Overview Lead and oversee the video editing team to deliver high-quality content for the company's services, brand portfolio, clients, social media, advertising, and digital marketing.

The role requires expert-level SaaS motion graphics and animation skills, with strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve to create professional, high-end SaaS explainer videos, service animations, and corporate brand videos for client presentations and long-term portfolio use.

Manage the team and oversee end-to-end production, ensuring creative quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all video formats.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Project Management: Lead, mentor, and review team performance; allocate projects based on capacity and deadlines; establish efficient workflows; and oversee the team's end-to-end production process.

Content Production & Editing: Supervise and edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, promotional content, corporate videos, and SaaS explainer videos. Create and oversee advanced motion graphics, professional SaaS animations, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.

SaaS Animation & Brand Videos: Create high-quality, skilled SaaS explainer animations and service videos that clearly communicate the company's offerings.



Develop polished brand videos for the company portfolio and client presentations, designed for long-term use.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content teams; coordinate with management and stakeholders to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Quality & Innovation: Maintain consistent quality and brand guidelines; stay updated on motion graphics techniques, animation trends, sound design, and AI-powered video tools.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve, with the ability to create professional, high-end SaaS animations and explainer videos.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other professional editing tools.

Expertise in motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.

Experience creating SaaS product explainers, service animations, corporate brand videos, and digital advertising content.

Strong project management, communication, attention to detail, and team leadership skills.

Familiarity with AI-powered video tools is a plus.
