Roles & Responsibilities

- End-to-End Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
- Short-Form Content: Create engaging Reels, Shorts and promotional videos using trending formats, transitions, effects and music.
- Long-Form Content: Edit YouTube videos, event highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews and brand videos.
- Audio & Visual Enhancement: Handle colour correction, sound design, audio syncing, background music, subtitles and transitions.
- Creative Storytelling: Structure footage into compelling narratives that capture attention and maintain audience engagement.
- Motion Graphics: Add text animations, titles, lower thirds, transitions and basic motion graphics wherever required.
- Platform Optimisation: Deliver videos in the appropriate aspect ratios, resolutions,



durations and formats for YouTube and Instagram.
- Content Coordination: Work with the marketing team to understand content requirements, suggest creative ideas and incorporate feedback.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with trending Reels, editing styles, audio and content formats relevant to our brand.
- Final Delivery: Manage the complete editing process, from organising raw footage to exporting and delivering the final video within deadlines.

Requirements

- Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and promotional content.
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, retention, and social media trends.
- Knowledge of colour grading, audio mixing, subtitles and basic motion graphics.
- Strong creative sense, attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple editing projects.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who doesn't just cut clips together but understands how to make videos engaging, visually appealing, and worth watching till the end. You should be comfortable taking raw footage and independently turning it into a finished video with minimal supervision.
