Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor for YouTube role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into engaging YouTube content, including vlogs, campaign videos, brand stories, and social content. Daily tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, graphics, and motion elements, optimizing audio, performing basic and advanced color grading, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative,



social media, and influencer teams to develop video concepts, maintain a consistent visual style, and meet publishing schedules.

The Video

Editor will also manage video assets, maintain organized project files, and stay updated on YouTube trends and best practices to improve performance and viewer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Video Editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic camera handling, understanding of shot composition, and familiarity with YouTube-specific formats and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to enhance visual quality, maintain brand-consistent look, and adjust lighting, contrast, and color tones effectively.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual elements using tools such as After Effects or similar software.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience editing content for YouTube or social media, strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in media, film, communication, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing video projects, will be highly beneficial.
