Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end editing of video content for digital campaigns, brand films, social media, and other marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality storytelling and visual consistency. You will collaborate closely with the production, creative, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine concepts, and deliver polished video outputs aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, color grading, adding motion graphics, sound syncing,



and optimizing videos for different platforms and formats. You will also mentor junior editors, help define best practices and workflows, maintain organized project files, and contribute creative ideas to elevate the overall quality of visual content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for a range of digital and branding projects.
- Candidates should possess advanced expertise in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and impactful visual tone across content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and transitions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Candidates should possess demonstrated experience in leading complex video projects, with a portfolio showcasing diverse digital and commercial work.
- Candidates should possess strong storytelling, visual composition, and attention-to-detail, along with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
- A relevant degree or diploma in film, media, communication, or a related field is beneficial; experience in digital marketing or agency environments is an added advantage.
