ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, reliable and hands-on Video Editor & Content Executive to work directly with the founder across two growing brands: Sab Kuch Bollywood (SKB), a Bollywood psychology and entertainment media brand, and EXIM Internationals, an international trading and export business.

This is primarily a video editing role, but the right person will also help keep our content calendar, shoots, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn execution moving smoothly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY - VIDEO EDITINGSab Kuch Bollywood - YouTube Long-Form

- Personally edit 12-25 minute Bollywood movie-analysis videos.
- Work with talking-head footage, movie clips, B-roll, background music and sound design.
- Use motion graphics, animated text, subtitles, transitions, visual emphasis and basic compositing.
- Handle colour correction, audio cleanup and balancing.
- Create retention-focused pacing so the edit feels cinematic, polished and engaging rather than like a basic talking-head video.

SKB Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Personally edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from long-form videos, scripts and standalone shoots.
- Create movie-analysis reels featuring the founder.
- Identify strong moments from long-form videos that can become short-form content without waiting for every timestamp to be handed over.
- Adapt editing style for short-form: stronger hooks, quicker pacing, captions and visual retention.

Founder-Led Movie Content
- Assist with simple shoots at office/home locations using tripod, lighting and clean audio setups.
- Help with framing, basic lighting, recording and shot consistency.
- Edit quick movie-analysis/opinion content for Instagram and Shorts between major long-form releases.

EXIM INTERNATIONALS CONTENT
- Create and edit founder-led Instagram Reels for the EXIM account.
- Content topics may include exports, international trade, logistics, shipping, behind-the-scenes execution, business lessons,



product insights and founder experiences.
- Use B-roll, captions, graphics and clean visual storytelling to make business content engaging rather than overly corporate.
- Support basic shoot planning and content capture when needed.

CONTENT CALENDAR & SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATIONS
- Maintain a clear content calendar for SKB YouTube, SKB Instagram and EXIM Instagram.
- Track what is being shot, what is being edited, what is ready and what is scheduled next.
- Assist with YouTube upload execution, scheduling and basic channel hygiene.
- Maintain folders, project files, exports and content assets in an organised way.
- Track basic performance metrics and flag what is working or underperforming.

LINKEDIN MANAGEMENT
- Assist with LinkedIn content execution for EXIM/founder presence.
- Format and schedule posts, company updates and founder-led business content.
- Create simple graphics where needed.
- Help maintain posting consistency and basic performance tracking.

MOTION GRAPHICS & CREATIVE SKILLS
- Animated titles, lower thirds and kinetic typography.
- Simple infographics, maps, timelines and data visualisations.
- Masking, screen replacements and basic compositing.
- Clean transitions and on-brand motion design.
- Solid After Effects knowledge is a major advantage.

SOFTWARE SKILLSEssential
- Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional editing software.
- Comfort with professional timeline, audio and export workflows.

Strong Advantage

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong video-editing fundamentals and good storytelling instincts.
- Excellent sense of pacing, music and sound.
- Experience editing long-form YouTube content.
- Experience creating Reels/Shorts.
- Basic to intermediate motion-graphics ability.
- Understanding of Instagram and YouTube.
- Comfort with Hindi/Hinglish content.
- Interest in Bollywood, cinema, entertainment and creator-led content.
- Strong file-management habits.
- Reliability with deadlines and regular status updates.
- Ability to take feedback, make revisions and gradually understand the brand deeply.

WORKING WITH THE FOUNDER The founder will primarily own content strategy, SKB positioning, movie selection, core scripts, creative direction, business strategy and final approvals. Your role is to turn that direction into consistently excellent finished content while also contributing creative suggestions of your own. COMPENSATION & WORKING STYLE
- Salary: ₹25,000-₹30,000 per month.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Work mode: Hybrid.
- Location: Mumbai / Thane preferred.
- Availability for physical shoots, review sessions and large-footage transfers is required when needed.
