Role Description

The Social Media Manager and Creative Editor is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms. Daily tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, and monitoring performance analytics to refine campaigns. The role involves drafting, editing, and polishing multimedia content, including captions, articles, and visual assets that reflect the academy’s brand voice and student-focused mission.

The individual will collaborate with internal teams and mentors to highlight student success stories, promote training programs, and maintain consistent, inclusive messaging. This role also includes community management, responding to inquiries and comments, and staying current with trends in education and social media to guide creative direction.

At Global Achievers, we’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence,



from strategy and content creation to planning and execution.

What You’ll Do

- Own our end-to-end social media strategy
- Create and edit engaging graphics and videos (we are looking for someone with an exceptional sense of clean, neat aesthetics, and not someone who creates AI-made visuals)
- Plan and manage our content calendar
- Explore collaborations and influencer opportunities
- Design creatives for advertising campaigns

Qualifications:

- Be prompt, quick, proactive
- Have great communication skills
- I keep very busy personally, so you need to be on top of communicating the calendar, plans and schedule with me
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to create explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Ability to edit and refine creative assets, including text, images, and short-form video, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, engaging with learners, and managing online communities.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) to track and improve performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple ideas and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with the education or test-prep sector and interest in global higher education pathways is a definite advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience is appreciated.
