1. Job Role

We are looking for candidates from Kerala who can create engaging video and digital content, manage basic editing and publish content consistently across social media and other relevant digital platforms to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Shoot videos, reels, interviews, testimonials, events and promotional content.
- Shall travel to different locations, client offices, business premises and event venues as required for video shoots and content creation.
- Capture on-site videos, interviews, testimonials, business activities and event highlights.
- Coordinate and plan shoots based on content requirements and schedules.
- Edit videos using tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Create short-form videos, reels, stories and basic graphic content.
- Upload and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Write basic captions, select suitable hashtags and optimize content for each platform.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and develop content ideas.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, and reach, and suggest improvements.




- Maintain an organized library of raw footage and edited content.

Additional Requirement

- Must be willing to travel frequently to different locations based on business requirements.
- Should be comfortable with on-site video shooting and interacting with clients, business owners and employees.
- Willingness to travel outside the city, when required, is essential.

Technical Competencies

- Video shooting using mobile phones or professional cameras.
- Video editing and basic audio correction.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement metrics.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
