About the roleYou will run day-to-day vendor management for a UK client's strategic technology suppliers as part of a managed Vendor Management service. You will own supplier performance, governance and contractual obligations, drive value, and act as the operational point of contact between the client, the suppliers and our onshore lead.

What you'll do• Run day-to-day vendor management for strategic suppliers (e.g. major IT services, hardware and software partners)

- Prepare and run monthly and quarterly supplier performance dashboards and service reviews
- Coordinate and support vendor management governance meetings, capturing actions and decisions
- Track contractual obligations and ensure suppliers meet their commitments
- Manage supplier performance, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where needed
- Identify, log and manage supplier risks
- Drive value-add and cost-savings initiatives across the supplier base
- Escalate issues to the onshore service lead and support commercial discussions and renewals

What you'll bring• 3+ years in vendor management, supplier relationship management (SRM) or supplier performance




- Experience managing IT / technology suppliers and holding them to SLAs and KPIs
- Strong governance, obligations-tracking and performance-management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, and confident stakeholder communication with UK-based clients and suppliers
- Positive data and reporting skills — building performance dashboards and management information in Excel
- Sound understanding of contracts, SLAs and commercial terms

Nice to have• ITIL, IACCM/World CC or CIPS qualification
- Experience with ServiceNow or a vendor/contract management platform
- Exposure to large systems-integrator or reseller relationships
- Experience working in an offshore delivery model for a UK/EU client
