Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Responsibilities
- Market Outreach: Daily tele-calling to contact vehicle owners and market vendors.
- Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and acquire vehicles at competitive, cost-effective market rates.
- Negotiation & Communication: Drive explicit communication and negotiate optimal rates with vehicle owners and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
- Work Style: High proactive drive with a willingness to handle daily call volumes and vendor coordination.
