- Resolve client issues and escalations
- Provide recommendations/solution/remediation for security improvements to Customers
Skills:
- Scripting & Programming skills Java, php, python, Javascript or .Net technologies
- Database concepts and query execution
- Good understanding of network protocols
Certifications:
- such as CEH, eJPT, CRTP, OSCP or similar.
