Role & responsibilities
Position: Utility & Project Manager
Experience: 10-15 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical
Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing
:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of plant utilities, including boilers, HVAC, chillers, ammonia refrigeration, DG sets, air compressors, ETP, RO, WTP and fire protection systems. Ensure statutory compliance, preventive maintenance, equipment uptime, EHS, energy efficiency and water conservation. Manage direct and outsourced manpower, vendors, spare inventory and minor engineering projects.
Handle CAPEX planning, budgeting, project execution, cost tracking, capitalization and asset management.
