- Handle domestic client requirements and recruit candidates as per the clients’ specified experience criteria.
- Source candidates for domestic IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Manage multiple job requirements and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to handle domestic client requirements and source candidates according to specified experience levels.
