Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review partnership tax returns (Form 1065) for US clients, ensuring compliance with federal tax laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential tax savings opportunities and implement strategies.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues related to partnerships, corporations, and individuals.
- Provide guidance on US taxation matters to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in US taxation, preferably in a Big4 firm or similar organization.
- Solid knowledge of Federal Taxation, including partnership taxation (Form 1065) and corporate income taxation (Form 1120).
- Experience working with international clients is an asset.
