Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage loan origination, processing, and underwriting for US mortgages.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through document control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to loan originations, servicing, and portfolio management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the lending process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in a role involving loan origination or servicing.
- Robust understanding of capital markets, including mortgage securitization structures.
- Proficiency in managing large datasets using tools such as Excel or SQL.
