We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Understand US IT requirements and match candidates to suitable positions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

- Experience in US IT recruitment is preferred.
- Knowledge of US IT technologies, job portals, and recruitment processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in US IT recruitment may also apply.
