About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who are willing to learn and grow in the US IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates for US IT requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client job descriptions and identify suitable technical candidates.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess communication skills, technical experience, availability, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in technical recruitment, talent sourcing, and US IT staffing.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet-based research.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work during US business hours (night shift in India).
- Good learning ability, confidence, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills for Experienced Candidates:

- Hands-on experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and US job portals.
- Understanding of US employment types such as W2 and C2C.
