Role & responsibilities :

- Source and screen candidates from job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, and internal databases.

- Understand US job requirements and match suitable candidates.

- Communicate with candidates via calls and emails to explain job roles and opportunities.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

- Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.





Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Science or Commerce stream (Can be Computer Science, Clinical, Bio, Commerce, Human Resources etc.)

- Experience: experienced Recruiters with excellent communication skills required.

- Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).

- Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Must have basic to moderate computer knowledge (Typing, MS Office, Email).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.

- Team player with a positive attitude.
