 Position: Accounts Associate (US Clients)

 Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date day-to-day general ledgers and books of accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements in compliance with standard accounting principles.
- General Ledger & Adjustments: Handle accrual accounting adjustments, journal entries, and reconciliation procedures.
- Software & Tools: Utilize QuickBooks (or similar accounting packages) and maintain high proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel) and word processing software.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and US-based client stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of core hands-on accounting experience (experience supporting US
- clients or working with US GAAP/accrual accounting is strongly preferred).

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks
- Solid mastery of Accrual Accounting principles and complex journal entries.
- Advanced skill level with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and word processing software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, explicit communication skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
