Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented File Manager to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing file allocation processes, supporting system users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle file allocation tasks efficiently and accurately
- Download and upload files as required
- Manage and support system users
- Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations
- Report issues, updates, and queries to the manager promptly

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong organizational and communication skills




- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts starting at 3:00 AM
