About the Role MEDSCoders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our Business Development team in the US healthcare staffing industry. This role is ideal for candidates interested in international business development, client acquisition, and building professional relationships with US healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients, including hospitals, private clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare organizations across the United States.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, online research, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Contact prospective clients to introduce MEDSCoders' healthcare staffing services.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including owners, practice managers, HR representatives, and recruitment managers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
- Follow up with prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Work toward assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers, preferably from the 2026 graduating batch, are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with US-based clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, email communication, and internet research.
- Willingness to work the US night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Sector 63, Noida office.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
