Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience to support patient care, nursing procedures, and clinical coordination at our Tirupati location.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical protocols and hospital policies.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, general health conditions, and progress, and promptly report any abnormalities to the treating doctor.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations, clinical procedures, and treatments within the scope of nursing practice.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical instructions and nursing protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, treatment charts, and other clinical documentation.
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care as required.
- Educate patients about treatment procedures, medication instructions, follow-up visits, and general healthcare practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Follow infection-control practices,



sterilization procedures, and hospital hygiene standards.
- Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Support patient admission, discharge, follow-up, and appointment coordination.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and patient-safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate critical patient conditions to the appropriate medical qualified.

Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Andhra Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council or another applicable nursing council, as accepted under relevant regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience required.
- Good clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in a hospital environment and follow shift schedules, if required.
- Immediate joiners required.
