Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create engaging, informative, and high-quality content for our B2B software products and solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills, an understanding of technical and marketing content, and basic knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The role involves creating content that improves brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Write blogs, website content, articles, and technical content for B2B audiences.
- Develop case studies, press releases, product-related content, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and update product documentation and user-focused content.
- Support social media content creation and content marketing initiatives.
- Optimize content using SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.
- Conduct research on industry trends, software products, and target audiences.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy,



clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business objectives.

Required Skills
- Robust written English, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Experience in content writing, copywriting, technical writing, or digital content creation.
- Understanding of B2B content, marketing communication, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, and email marketing.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, software products, or B2B technology.
- Exposure to technical blogs, website content, case studies, and product documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM or enterprise software.
