Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, analytics, SEO, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, and ROAS.
- Conduct campaign analysis and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and website marketing activities.
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards to track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT,



Claude, Gemini, and other AI marketing tools for content creation, campaign ideation, research, analysis, and marketing automation.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency, campaign optimization, lead generation, and reporting.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives, content, and landing pages.
- Support CRM, marketing automation, API integrations, and lead-generation processes.
- Coordinate with sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, AI, automation, and advertising trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
