Key responsibilities:

- Multi-destination guidance: advise students and families on university pathways in the UK, USA, South Korea and India, as well as other countries
- UK applications: guide students through UCAS, including personal statements, predicted grades and Oxbridge and medicine deadlines
- US applications: manage the Common App, essays, SAT/ACT planning, financial aid and scholarships
- Korean pathways: advise on admissions routes for Korean universities, including those for overseas and international students
- Indian pathways: guide students through entrance routes such as CUET and JEE/NEET where relevant, and through Indian university admissions, including options for overseas applicants
- Other destinations:



support applications to further countries as students’ interests require, such as Canada, Australia and Europe
- References and documentation: write recommendation letters and prepare school reports and transcripts
- University relations: build links with admissions offices worldwide and host visits and virtual fairs
- Programme leadership: develop a school-wide guidance programme from the middle years through graduation, with outcomes tracked
- Family partnership: run information evenings and advise on costs, visas and timelines
- Student wellbeing: support students through decisions, pressure and transitions
