B2B Campus is seeking a reliable and organized US Truck Dispatcher to oversee daily dispatch activities and coordinate with drivers, freight brokers, and carriers operating in the US trucking industry.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with load booking, rate negotiation, shipment monitoring, and broker communication. Candidates with good English communication skills and the ability to manage dispatch operations efficiently are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day dispatch activities for US trucking operations.
- Identify and book suitable freight loads through platforms such as DAT and Truckstop.
- Contact brokers to discuss rates, negotiate terms, and confirm load bookings.
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and load assignments.
- Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates to the concerned parties.
- Manage broker calls, emails, rate confirmations, and dispatch-related paperwork.
- Track delivery schedules and help resolve delays or operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, dispatch schedules, and shipment status.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers, drivers, and carriers.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination throughout each shipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US Truck Dispatching or a relevant logistics role.
- Working knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, load booking, and rate negotiation.
- Understanding of US trucking routes, freight lanes, and dispatch procedures.
- Good English communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage calls, emails, follow-ups, and multiple loads efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Applicants with experience in US trucking, freight dispatch, or logistics operations.
- Candidates residing in Patiala or nearby areas.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
