Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants / Senior Travel Consultants to join our B2B Call Centre in Trivandrum. Candidates should have robust customer service skills, travel industry knowledge, GDS expertise, and fluency in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve travel-related queries.
- Assist with flight bookings, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide accurate information on fare rules and airline policies.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use GDS systems to manage reservations and ticketing.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in travel, airline, or customer service.
- Fluency in English and any one of the following regional languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada (spoken and written).
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with at least one GDS: Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
- Sound knowledge of flight bookings, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
