- Perform fitting and assembly of transformer components as per approved engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
- Verify that all fittings, gaskets, terminals, bushings and accessories are approved, correctly installed and securely fitted.
- Follow authorised vacuum, drying, oil filtration and oil filling procedures, ensuring compliance with specified process parameters.
- Conduct completion and leakage checks, ensuring proper sealing, oil levels, cleanliness and overall readiness of transformers for testing and despatch.
- Maintain accurate job cards, material usage records and process documentation, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards and safety procedures.
