- Clearly understand that training outcomes are synchronized to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilties

- Provide comprehensive on-the-job training to recent joinees & crisp, concise training programs for existing ops staff,

based on their skill set, challenges, disbursement quality, COPS/IA reports, PQC reports, to name a few.





Take ownership and accountability for effectiveness of training programs. Assist in preparing training content /

reiteration material and ensure coverage of all OPS staff, twice a month. Ensure training sessions addresses process / understanding gaps and also ensure OPS staff daily routines are not affected.

- Responsible for implementing and managing training programs effectively, including post training process checks

& tests. Ensure programs tangibly enhance quality as well as productivity & performance of staff. Take the lead,

coach ops staff, including new trainers.
