Job Summary

AEERO is seeking a skilled and experienced Solar PV Installer Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for developing trainees' technical competencies in accordance with applicable industry standards and approved training curricula.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on solar PV technology, components, system design basics, and installation procedures.
- Demonstrate the installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and associated electrical components.
- Train candidates in electrical wiring, cable management, earthing, protection devices, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct practical demonstrations on rooftop solar PV installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Explain electrical safety procedures, PPE usage, working-at-height precautions, and safe tool handling.
- Train candidates to identify and rectify common faults in solar PV systems.




- Conduct practical assessments, written tests, and performance evaluations to monitor trainees' progress.
- Maintain attendance registers, assessment records, training reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure training delivery follows the prescribed curriculum, relevant National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) requirements, and applicable industry standards, wherever relevant.
- Support trainees in developing job-ready skills for employment in the solar and renewable energy sectors.

Educational Qualification

- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Relevant technical certifications in solar PV installation will be an advantage.

Experience & Certification

- Prior experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
- ToT (Training of Trainers) Certification in the relevant Solar PV job role is preferred or required, as specified by the applicable training scheme.
- Practical knowledge of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar PV systems is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
