Trainer Acquisition Specialist

Mid-Senior | 3 to 5 Years of Experience

You'll be part of Uptut's Trainer Acquisition & Operations team, working at the intersection of talent, learning, partnerships, and project delivery.What you'll do at UptutAt Uptut, we bring people and organisations together through practical, hands-on learning, and you'll help make that happen by finding the right experts and turning training requirements into successful projects. Trainer Acquisition & Partnerships

- Hunt for great trainers and subject matter experts through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Screen profiles, conduct calls and interviews, verify expertise, and find the right fit for client requirements.
- Build a go-to pool of reliable trainers who can deliver across multiple learning and technology domains.
- Build relationships with trainers, staffing partners, training vendors, and certification partners.
- Turn incoming training leads into confirmed projects through smart sourcing, follow-ups, and negotiations.

Operations & Project Management

- Own training projects end to end, from understanding client needs and identifying trainers to coordinating content, labs, delivery, and project closure.
- Work with clients to understand training objectives, required tools, lab environments, schedules, and learning materials.
- Manage trainer contracts, invoices, proposals, vouchers, and partner documentation.
- Create training proposals and presentations using Google Workspace, Canva, and Other tools.
- Keep our trainer portal, company documents, shared drives, and WhatsApp groups organised and up to date.
- Track project progress using tools like Slack, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana,



and use data to spot gaps and improve processes.
- Support internal operations, including Zoho People leave management, meal benefits, and team coordination.

How you'll work

- Understand people beyond their CVs and use good judgement to assess their expertise, credibility, and fit.
- Manage multiple training requirements, attend alignment calls, and coordinate with clients and trainers across time zones.
- Bring strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, conflict management, and follow-through to the table.
- Use AI tools and your curiosity to work smarter, with tech-domain knowledge being a plus.

The Work Setup

- Office Location: Shop No. 55, Ground Floor, SVH 83 Metrostreet, Sector 83, Narsinghpur, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122004
- Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Experience: 3–5 years in trainer acquisition, headhunting, talent sourcing, EdTech, L&D;, or training operations.
