- Perform routine maintenance of telecom towers and related equipment.
- Inspect tower structures, antennas, feeders, and cables.
- Troubleshoot technical faults in telecom equipment.
- Check power systems, batteries, earthing, and electrical connections.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Identify and report equipment faults and safety issues.
- Coordinate with NOC and field teams to resolve network issues.
- Follow tower-climbing safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of telecom equipment and tower maintenance.
- Knowledge of RF systems, antennas, and electrical systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work at tower sites.
- Willingness to travel to assigned locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Safety training and tower-climbing certification preferred.
