Position: Tool Room Incharge

Experience: 10–15 Years (Relevant Forging Plant Experience Preferred)

Location: Ludhiana

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete tool room operations in a forging plant.
- Handle forging dies, punches, trimming dies, and other tooling.
- Ensure die maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance Departments to minimize downtime.
- Maintain tooling records, inventory, and die life history.
- Ensure timely availability of dies and tools for production.
- Manage tool room manpower and maintain 5S practices.

Candidate Profile:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in forging dies and tool room management is essential.
- Knowledge of die fitting, grinding, machining, and tool maintenance.
- Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
