Job Title :: Test Manager

Location :: Bangalore or Gurugram (Hybrid - 2-3 days in a week onsite)

- We are looking for a Test Manager with minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience who can own the overall Quality Engineering engagement, providing strategic leadership, governance, delivery oversight, and continuous improvement across Salesforce and Guidewire portfolios while aligning with Client TCoE standards and controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end QE strategy, delivery planning, estimation, governance, and resourcing.
- Build a scalable delivery model that supports multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, automation, API/data, performance, and UAT testing.
- Govern monthly release testing across Salesforce (CRM, Claims) and Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter).
- Define quality gates, KPIs, and dashboards covering test progress, automation coverage, defect trends, and release readiness.
- Lead risk, issue, and defect governance, including escalation and root-cause analysis.
- Drive improvements in automation maturity, productivity, and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure traceability, test evidence, secure test-data practices, and acceptance controls.
- Govern AI/GenAI testing PoCs with approved tools and human validation.
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders across delivery,



capability, and commercial areas.

Must-Have Skills

- Salesforce or Guidewire experience.
- Test/QE program and stakeholder management.
- Test strategy, estimation, and governance.
- Agile, scaled Agile, and DevOps delivery.
- Automation and performance testing governance.
- Defect management, RCA, and executive reporting.
- Jira; strong API, SQL, integration, and E2E testing knowledge.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale QE engagements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Valuable to Have

- Using GenAI for test strategy, scenario, and script generation
- AI/ML for defect prediction, risk-based testing, and RCA
- Familiarity with AI-enabled testing tools and responsible AI adoption
