Must-Have Skills

- Solid experience in Python-based test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Pytest and Robot Framework.
- Experience in embedded systems testing and validation.
- Understanding of MCU architecture, including ARM Cortex and nRF52.
- Knowledge of GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, interrupts, timers, and watchdogs.
- Experience in communication protocol testing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with BDD using Cucumber or Behave.
- Experience testing UART, SPI, I2C, and BLE protocols.
- BLE testing, including scanning, advertising, connection stability, GATT validation, and data exchange.
- Firmware flashing, debugging, upgrade validation, and OTA validation.
- Experience with UART/RTT logs, packet-level debugging, and automated log analysis.
- Experience in test harness development, regression testing, functional testing, and system-level validation.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD automation.

- MQTT protocol testing for IoT devices.
- Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setup and validation.
- Basic C/C++ firmware understanding.
- RTOS fundamentals.
- PySerial and JTAG/SWD debugging using Segger J-Link.
- BLE automation using nRF Connect APIs and custom scripts.
- GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Stress, soak, and power consumption testing.
- Allure and HTML test reporting.
