Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in manual software testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Strong understanding of the Core Banking domain and banking transaction workflows.

- Experience testing core banking modules such as CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), deposits, fund transfers, payments, or loan processing.

- Experience in preparing test cases, executing test scripts, and reporting defects.

- Working knowledge of SQL queries for database validation and backend testing.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.

- Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
