Job Summary

We are looking for a Territory Manager – Project Sales to drive business development across government, PSU, commercial, and industrial segments in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Goldmedal's product portfolio, developing customer relationships, generating project leads, and converting business opportunities into orders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit PSUs and government departments across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas to promote Goldmedal's complete product portfolio.
- Develop business in commercial segments, including malls, hospitals, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and other large establishments, with a focus on qualified lighting and electrical products.
- Build and maintain relationships with government and private contractors to generate leads and improve order conversion.
- Identify and develop business opportunities across Gujarat's industrial belts for industrial electrical products.
- Engage with electrical consultants, specifiers, architects, EPC contractors, and project management consultants to secure product specifications and approvals in industrial and infrastructure projects.




- Track upcoming projects, generate leads, follow up on quotations, and drive order closures.
- Onboard and manage project channel partners to strengthen market coverage and increase sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and new project opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular updates on project pipelines and business development activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B electrical product sales or project sales.
- Experience in government, PSU, commercial, or industrial segments.
- Good understanding of wires and cables, professional lighting, switches, switchgear, and fans.
- Strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in Gujarat.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
