- Adept at managing encryption tokens and Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for dynamic cost modeling, pricing sheets, and BOQs. [1, 2, 3]

- Compliance Rate: 100% submission pass rate with no technical disqualifications due to administrative or documentation gaps.

- Arrange Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and processing fees well in advance of deadlines.

- Author and submit precise online bids using authorized Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) on relevant portals.

- Maintain valid company registrations, vendor empanelment certificates, and portal credentials across all relevant platforms

- Coordinate directly with cross-functional internal stakeholders (Design, Engineering, Finance, Procurement) to synthesize cost estimates.

- Connect with suppliers and external subcontractors to fetch and analyze competitive material and equipment quotes
