Job Summary

We are seeking a Tender Executive with a solid science background, preferably in the biotech field, to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and submit tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal for our range of biotech products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Requirement Analysis: Review, understand, and analyze tender requirements related to the company's biotechnology product portfolio to ensure complete alignment with eligibility and technical criteria.
- Tender Documentation & Compliance Management: Prepare comprehensive and accurate tender documentation, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and tender guidelines.
- Online Tender Monitoring & Bid Submission: Track tender opportunities through online platforms and manage the end-to-end bid submission process on the GeM portal, ensuring timely and error-free submissions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, technical, and internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and compile the information required for tender preparation and submission.




- Sales Support: Contribute to cost analysis, pricing strategies, and commercial calculations to support competitive and financially viable tender proposals.
- Sales Visits & Client Meetings: Plan, schedule, and execute sales visits to clients (both existing and potential) to understand their needs, present solutions, negotiate, close deals, and follow up for sustained engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-6 months of experience in tender preparation and submission, particularly on the GeM portal in biotech field or within the biotech industry or biomedical equipment manufacturing industry. (Interested Fresher candidates with biotech background can also apply)
- Skills: Tender-portal operations, quotation preparation, strong negotiation & presentation, proficiency with ERP Next/CRM and MS Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
