Tender Estimation & Tender Executive (Electrical) – Panels, Facade Lighting, etc.

Experience: 2-5 years (preferred)

Industry: Electrical (Panels, Facade Lighting, High Mast, and General Electrical Works)

Job Responsibilities:

- Study and analyze tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare cost estimation and detailed breakdowns for electrical tenders (panels, facade lighting, high mast lighting, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for pricing and technical clarifications.
- Prepare and submit tender bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Assist in technical and commercial bid preparation, including documentation.
- Track tender notifications, deadlines, and submissions.
- Maintain records of past tenders and pricing for future references.




- Collaborate with internal teams for project costing and execution planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in tender estimation for electrical projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and tender portals.
- Strong understanding of electrical components, panels, lighting, and high-mast structures.
- Ability to interpret BOQs, specifications, and contract terms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
