Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tele-Caller to join our admissions team at Saraswati Group of Colleges. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, providing information about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential students and leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding available courses, fee structures, and campus facilities.
- Explain admission requirements and guide candidates through the application process.
- Maintain and update a clean, organized database of student leads and call records.




- Follow up regularly with prospective students to resolve queries and assist with enrollments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to effectively pitch courses and convince candidates.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM software).
