Excellent opportunity to SafEarth join as a Telecaller executive for the Bangalore and Delhi Location, We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele caller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and supporting sales and service functions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote services.

- Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.

- Maintain customer records by updating databases with call details and outcomes.

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.





- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, issues, and trends.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/regional language].

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Active listening and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications

- Minimum: High School/Diploma (Graduation preferred).

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage ,and experience in solar related companies
