Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling calls and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/lead lists.
- Follow up on leads regularly to convert prospective buyers into sales or set up appointments.
- Maintain accurate, daily records of calls, customer feedback and lead status in MS Excel
- Handle customer objections professionally and build long-term relationships.
Qualification Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
