Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our hospitality and sales team. You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, driving room and resort package bookings, conducting outbound cold calling for promotional offers, and maintaining strong guest relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle incoming queries regarding resort amenities, room availability, seasonal offers, and event packages. Make outbound calls to prospective leads to promote staycation, honeymoon, corporate, and event packages.
- Sales & Upselling: Present resort offerings clearly and persuasively to convert prospects into confirmed reservations. Upsell add-on experiences such as spa treatments, adventure activities, and special dining setups.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Follow up regularly with potential clients and prospective leads generated through promotional campaigns.
- Coordination: Liaise with front office,



housekeeping, and event coordination teams to ensure guest requests and special bookings are executed seamlessly.
- Data & CRM Maintenance: Maintain complete, accurate booking records and customer interaction logs in the CRM or reservation system.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10th/12th Pass) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in hospitality or travel).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and regional languages like Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, persuasive phone etiquette, and basic computer/CRM handling skills.
